Ultra-thin Nickel Sheet Logo Sign Manufacturing Process: Photosensitive

Baolifeng Precision will introduce the ultra-thin nickel sheet logo sign manufacturing process: photosensitive, hoping to help you understand.

Product Name: Ultra-thin Nickel Sheet Logo

Process Name: Photosensitive

Standard Working Time: 0.5H

Nickel Sheet Logo Photosensitive Process Requirements/Precautions:

The film should be flat and straight without movement.

The steel plate should not be skewed.

Note that film photography should be reverse exposure.

The camera should not have light leakage or other phenomena.

Photography Time: 30~50s

Ultra-thin Nickel Sheet Logo Sign Operation Steps:

1. All operators must undergo GP-related knowledge training; regularly assess whether hazardous substances are used in the process and whether HSF materials are contaminated (through outsourced testing, no less than once a year); confirm whether equipment, tools, materials, and auxiliary materials have environmental protection labels and whether there are any changes; ensure that the material names and numbers correspond one-to-one with the batch product material list.

2. Secure the four corners of the SONY film to the camera's glass plate using tape, with the film face down. The film must be flat and free of wrinkles, bubbles, or other defects.

3. Align the baked stainless steel plate coated with blue varnish with the edges, placing it completely over the film, with the varnish-coated side facing down.

4. Close the camera cap, tighten the latches, adjust the exposure time to 17 seconds, and turn on the exposure switch to expose the steel plate.

5. Place the exposed steel plate on a plate holder for later use.

This concludes the process flow for the ultra-thin nickel sheet logo photosensitive process. We hope this helps you better understand the nickel sheet metal logo process.
